At this event, you will hear speakers who will give short presentations on this topic which has such a huge impact on our communities. The day is about creating supportive communities by having conversations with family, friends, or colleagues about mental health. Taking time to talk, we can support ourselves and others.

Market place stalls from various agencies will highlight support and advice available locally.
